Destinations Covered: Delhi - Srinagar - Gulmarg - Pahalgam - Sonamarg - Srinagar – Delhi
Day 01: Delhi- Srinagar
Kashmir Paradise Tour representative will receive you in Delhi and transfer you to the airport. From here we will catch the flight to Srinagar. From this Capital City of Jammu and Kashmir you will be transferred to the House Boat. We will spend around three nights in the House boat.
Day 02: Srinagar
After breakfast, you will visit the Mughal Gardens- Chashmi-e-shahi (The royal spring), the Garden of Pleasure- Nishat Bagh and the Shalimar Bagh also known as Abode of Love. After lunch, you would take a Shikara ride on the Dal Lake. We retire to the House boat for dinner.
Day 03: Srinagar
Today we would visit Sonmarg. We would spend the entire day there. This place is around 100 Kms from Srinagar. The River Sindh flows here down the snowy heights and the dense forests. You can see the glaciers pour down this river from the Himalayas. There are many camping sites here. This place is famous for trout fishing. We come back to the Houseboat for dinner and sleep.
Day 04: Srinagar- Gulmarg (The Meadow of Flowers)
We check out of the house boat and drive to Gulmarg. After checking-in there, you are free to roam around independently. You can take a pony ride to Khilanmarg or go for a walk and enjoy the scenery. Gulmarg has the highest golf course in the world. This also has a lovely skiing resort which is open in winters.
Day 05: Gulmarg – Pahalgam (“Shepherds Village”)
Drive to Pahalgam is 5hrs. It is a beautiful place situated amidst thick pine forest and green pastures. This place is the starting point of many trekkers. People who visit holy glaciers like Kohaloi and Hindu shrines like the Amarnath stay here. The scenery is truly breathtaking and magnificent.
Day 06: Pahalgam
After a good night’s sleep, you have the entire day to explore the scenic beauty of Pahalgam. You can go for a pony ride and visit the various tourist spots here. We stay overnight here.
Day 07: Pahalgam – Srinagar
After breakfast we drive towards Srinagar. Reach before noon and check-in at the House Boat for the night. Afternoon, you can do a bit of shopping in the local bazaars.
Day 08: Srinagar – Delhi
After breakfast, we leave for the airport to board the flight back to Delhi.
