DAY 01: Delhi
Guests will be welcomed by the representative on the airport in the historical city of Delhi. The representative will help the guests with the checking in at the hotel. Guests will stay at the hotel which is in the prime locality of the city. There is overnight stay at the hotel.
Day02: Delhi
The second day of the tour is exclusively for the full sightseeing of the Old and the New Delhi. Old Delhi is called Shahajahanabad and the New Delhi is called Lutyen’s Delhi. In the sightseeing tour, visitors will be able to visit the numerous historical monuments that are found all over the city. Visitors can as well do shopping after the sightseeing.
Day-3: Delhi and Agra
On the third day of the tour, guests will travel to Agra by road in the morning and on their way visit the tomb of Akbar which is located at Sikandara. The afternoon is exclusively for watching the stunning beauty of the Taj Mahal. Agra is also famous for its other historical monuments which the guests can visit after they have watched the Taj to their heart’s content.
Day-4: Agra - Fatehpur Sikri, Jaipur
After sightseeing of Agra, guests will start for Jaipur by road. On the way to Jaipur, there is another attraction of Fatehpur Sikri which is the city that Akbar built and the stop is undoubtedly worth it. On reaching Jaipur -the pink city of Rajasthan, visitors will be able to see of the colorful city of Jaipur that is flocked by thousands of domestic and international tourists.
Day-5: Jaipur, Delhi
On the fifth day of the Maharaja Tour of India, guests will visit the Amber Fort which dates back to many centuries and is one of the oldest Monuments of Jaipur .Guests can explore the fort in all its detail by just sitting on the colorfully decorated elephants. The elephants were the integral part of the royalty of Rajasthan and it would certainly be a royal experience for the guests visiting the fort. In the afternoon the tour heads for Delhi by road.
Day-6: Delhi, Srinagar
On the sixth day of the tour, guests will travel to Srinagar by flight in the morning. The city of Srinagar in Kashmir is its summer capital and is a true paradise. The valley is famous for its numerous gardens and the rich natural beauty by the Himalayan Mountain Range. In the afternoon guests will get to visit the Mughal Gardens that are famous not only in India but also all over the world. After the visit guests will stay at the hotel for the night.
Day-7: Srinagar, Gulmarg
The Maharaja Tour of India on its seventh day takes the guests to a whole day excursion to Gulmarg. It is the most exquisite hill resort of India and the place is known for its brilliant natural landscape. The world’s highest golf course is in Gulmarg which is located at an altitude of 2,650m above sea level. In winter, Gulmarg is flocked by skiers, because the place is one of its kinds for skiing in winter. It is also the most sought after destination for skiing in India. In the evening, guests travel back to Srinagar and stay at the hotel for the night.
Day-8: Srinagar, Delhi
In the morning, guests will enjoy a Shikara ride in the famous Dal Lake of the city. Shikara is the traditional houseboat of the region which is liked by both domestic and foreign tourists. After the ride, guests travel back to Delhi by air. Guests are free to relax till they are not transferred to the international airport for the connecting flight for their next destination.
