DAY 01: Delhi
The Royal North India tour starts in Delhi which is the capital of India. The tour representative will take you to the hotel for a check in.
DAY 02: Delhi
We start the tour with a sightseeing trip of Delhi visiting the Qutub Minar the tallest minaret, India Gate a war memorial, Jama Masjid the largest mosque, Red Fort made of red sandstone, Parliament House etc. At night we return to the hotel.
DAY 03: Delhi – Amritsar
Royal North India tour will take a train for Amritsar from Delhi and check into a hotel. A sightseeing trip of the city of Amritsar would include the popular Golden Temple a famous gurudwara of the Sikhs and the Jalianwala Bagh which includes a massacre representing a major turning point in India’s struggle for independence.
DAY 04: Amritsar – Chandigarh
In Chandigarh the Royal North India Tour would visit the Rose Garden, Sukhna Lake and the museums which have a fine collection of stone sculptures, miniature paintings and prehistoric fossils. The tour will return at night to the hotel for an overnight stay.
DAY 05: Chandigarh – Shimla
Arrival in Shimla would include a sightseeing tour of this beautiful hill station including the Mall, the Summer Hill a quiet hamlet and the Chadwick Falls. Overnight in Shimla
DAY 06: Shimla
In Shimla we will explore other places of tourist attractions like the museum which includes miniature paintings, stone sculptures, local handicrafts and embroidery, the Viceregal lodge which is India’s premier institute of higher studies and certain points from where we can get wonderful views of the Himalayas.
DAY 07: Shimla-Rishikesh
Royal North India tour will travel to Rishikesh and check into a hotel for an overnight stay.
DAY 08: Rishikesh
After breakfast the tour begins the day by rafting in the rapids at Daniel Dip and the Wall among other places. A riverside picnic is arranged and dinner is organized under thatched roofs. The night is spent in tents near the rivers.
DAY 09: In Rishikesh
Royal North India Tour spends another exciting day in Rishikesh on the rivers rafting in the rapids of ‘Return to sender’, roller coaster and Golf Course. Picnic is arranged for lunch on the riverside of your choice and dinner at the banks in the tents.
DAY 10: Rishikesh
The morning is spent at the beach playing volleyball. Later in the day a sightseeing trip is made of this ancient holy place before you retire for the day at the tents.
DAY 11: Rishikesh-Agra
Royal North India Tour will drive down to Agra and check into a hotel.
DAY 12: Agra
Today the tour will take you to visit the Taj Mahal monument of love built by Emperor Shah Jahan in the memory of his wife and included in the Seven Wonders of the World. We will also visit the Red Fort built by third Mughal emperor Akbar. At night we stay at the hotel.
DAY 13: Agra – Jaipur
In the morning the tour takes you to Jaipur the capital of Rajasthan via the abandoned city of Fatehpur Sikri built by Emperor Akbar. In Jaipur we will visit the Hawa Mahal or the Palace of Winds and the Amber fort on elephant backs, the famous observatory Jantar Mantar and the local bazaars.
DAY 14: Jaipur – Udaipur
We take a flight for Udaipur in the morning and check into a hotel. This city founded by Maharaja Udai Singh in 1567 AD has many places which you can visit such as the City Palace which overlooks the Pichola Lake and the Jagdish temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu.
DAY 15: In Udaipur
Royal North India tour takes you for a full day trip to Ranakpur to see the numerous temples.
DAY 16: Udaipur – Delhi
In the morning the representatives of the Royal North India take you to the airport to board your flight for Delhi as the trip comes to an end.
