Duration: 05 nights / 06 days Tribal Tour Bastar
Places to See : Raipur- Jagdalpur- Narayanpur- Raipur
Day 01: Raipur - Jagdalpur
Once you reach Raipur, you will check in to the hotel, and freshen up before going to Jagdalpur, Bastar. A picnic lunch at Keshkal resthouse is also something to look forward to. That is the time when you will get to see the amazing Keshkal and Bastar forests for the first time. On reaching Jagdalpur, an overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 02: Jagdalpur - Kanger Valley National Park
After having your breakfast, you will be traveling to the Kanger Valley National Park. The limestone caves in the forest are also worth exploring. A leisurely picnic at Tirthgarh Falls would add a special touch to the experience. Back to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 03: Jagdalpur - Chitrakote - Nagarnar
After breakfast, you would be taken to the famous Chitrakote Falls. Lunch would be had at the hotel, but before that a visit to the Anthropological Museum would present you with a unique view of the Bastar's tribal culture. After lunch, you would be again on the move and this time the destination would be Nagarnar, the place famous for its wonderful terracotta handicrafts. Back to the hotel, dinner and overnight stay.
Day 04: Jagadalpur
Next morning, you would be taken to “haat”, which is the weekly market. Lunch at the hotel, a bit exploration of the town, and then just relax or spend some time by yourself.
Day 05: Jagdalpur - Narayanpur – Raipur
Get back to Raipur, enroute visit Narayanpur, a place where you will find excellent handicrafts. The Ramakrishna Mission Centre, is another place of attraction for you to visit. Overnight stay at Raipur.
Day 06: Raipur
You get an entire day to explore Raipur or just relax before the tour ends.
